4. Orders and Payments

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee that we will fulfill your order.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1 day of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
International Shipping: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at almaidafoods.uk. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
